With the aim of promoting new artists and creators, the Tapirulan association has been supporting creation and organising a competition under different concepts since 2004.
In the 2021 edition, all the proposals had to be inspired by the STOP concept.

My proposal speaks of the fact that there are realities that do not pay much attention to the established rhythms and that perhaps this is the mirror in which to look at themselves.

The illustration also explains an article that talks about the rhythms or impulses of nature imposing themselves on our plans.
